Throughout our years in the medical and health care industry, Prestige Medical Clinic and Urgent Care has received plenty of questions regarding our health care services. Read our FAQs to learn more about what we offer.
At PMC Urgent Care, we look forward to helping you feel better! This is a clinic and urgent care, all in one!
Urgent care is for conditions that require prompt attention but do not pose an immediate, serious threat to your health or life. In general, if your medical issue is life threatening, call 911 or go directly to a hospital emergency room. If not, an urgent care center, such as PMC Urgent Care is an excellent alternative.
No, you can walk in during our normal business hours and be seen by a doctor without a long wait.
We specialize in fast and effective care for most non-life threatening conditions due to an illness or injury. We also provide treatment for preventive care, travel medicine, sports physicals, wellness assessments, immunizations, annual physicals, and chronic condition management.
We bridge the gap between a primary care physician and the ER, providing extended hours, 6 days a week with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)-certified labs, electrocardiogram (EKG), laser treatment (for pain, splints, and braces), vaccines, prescriptions, and some non-narcotic medications.
However, if you have a life-threatening condition or emergency, you should always call 911 and seek a hospital ER.
We treat people of all ages.

There are different ways to tell if you are having an allergic reaction. Sneezing, a runny nose, watery eyes, and sinus headaches are the most common. Asthma and skin rashes also happen in some cases. Ear infection, eye irritation, and muscle or joint pain are more serious. These prompt you to seek medical attention as soon as possible.
We participate with most insurance carriers. Find out the insurances we take. We also see cash patients.
The cost of each vaccine is different. Please call our office at 909-222-7341 to know the cost of each vaccine.
For insured patients, we collect your deductible and/or your co-pay at the time of service and then bill your insurer for you. After your insurer sends an EOB (explanation of benefits) to us, PMC Urgent Care will bill you for any balance still due.
Our staff will discuss any other recommended treatment or services (such as laser or a lab test) with you.
Our rates are very affordable for self-pay patients. For insured patients, coverage depends on your plan and deductible. We do offer some special offers, which are posted on our site frequently.
You can always call our office and ask for special coupons for self-pay patients that can be used with your visit. We also offer an on-site lab.
Our fees are fixed, but the amount that your insurance company covers depends on your specific plan, coverage, and deductible. After your insurer produces an EOB (explanation of benefits), if there is a balance due, we will bill you for the remaining balance. Learn more about contacting our billing office.
